We’re Hiring! Part-Time Office Administrator – Mt. Juliet, TN
Are you a highly organized, cheerful, and tech-savvy professional looking for a part-time role in a high-end, dynamic work environment? We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our Mt. Juliet, TN office. This role is a perfect blend of administrative expertise, customer service, and digital savvy. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all our clients, who are primarily business professionals and ministry leaders
This is more than a typical front desk job. We’re looking for a proactive individual who can seamlessly blend top-notch customer service with efficient administrative support and creative social media management.
Position Details:
- Location: Mt. Juliet, TN (a suburb of Nashville)
- Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (during 9a-5p, Monday – Friday)
- Compensation: $18-20 per hour, based on experience and aptitude
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Impression: Greet and assist our professional clients and ensure every visitor has a five-star experience.
- Run the Show: Provide administrative support to our leadership team, managing payroll and various office tasks, order inventory, etc.. Proactively assess needs to ensure that things are done.
- Support Fulfillment: Assist our fulfillment director with processing and shipping document orders as needed.
- Admin Support – Manage administrative duties onsite and for other locations and staffing matters.
- Manage Our Digital Presence: Create engaging content and manage our social media accounts to showcase our brand and connect with our community.
- Maintain Our Environment: Ensure our office space is always inviting to guests, goodies are stocked and you know who’s here, coming and going.
- Self-Starter – Smoothly navigate challenges that may arise with ease and flexibility.
